Hello everyone! Welcome to my shop policies page. I have a very specific idea on how I deal with my customers, and the old adage of "the customer is always right" is very important to me. I want my customers to feel completely at ease when it comes to dealing with me, especially in this day and age of people not caring about one another. Please don't hesitate contacting me with ANY questions or comments or concerns that you may have, and rest assured that I will do everything in my power to make your purchase as smooth and pleasing as possible. Shipping details

I am going to be using the U.S. postal service for all my shipping unless another company is requested specifically. And it will be standard, unless again, specifically requested to upgrade to priority or overnight, in which case the difference will have to be paid by you. Each item page will have the "cost to ship" price already quoted, and the cost of the insurance for that item will be figured into that price. All items will be shipped within 2 day's of order, unless it is a special order, then we will discuss the time by messaging. All international orders will be subject to extra postage, customs and duty fees, and also any added insurance the buyer may want, also to be paid by the buyer. I will also package all pieces in a way that they will be safe from any damages, (as best I can, under normal circumstances), and I can also gift wrap for a small extra cost if you would like. Price depending on amount and size of boxes and product. I can also add tracking for an extra cost. I also wanted to add here that if you purchase more than one item, I will put all of it in a flat rate box, in the appropriate size to save you as much money on shipping as I possibly can. That way if you get multiple items they will ship for the lowest rate. I believe the smallest box is something like $5.50, so I'm hoping this will work well.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

I have a full refund policy for all my customers. If your not completely satisfied with your purchase just e-mail me and I will refund you the cost of the item, but you will have to pay for return shipping to me and I can't refund until I receive the item back. You will have 48 hrs. after you receive the item to let me know if you want a refund. I believe this is sufficient time to tell if the item has been damaged, is not going to fit you, or you just don't feel like you got what you ordered for some reason. I can't give any more time than this because there are some people who are very hard on their jewelry after wearing it for awhile. But if something does happen to the piece, like it breaks or something falls off, or anything that is not from normal wear and tear, you can send it back to me and I will do my very best to fix it, and if it can't be fixed I will make you another. If the piece gets lost or damaged in transit, I will do my very best to find it and find out how much longer it will be, or I will replace it.

I pride myself on being able to work with someone if they have a problem, and while I am very confidant that you will absolutely love your piece, there is always the possibility that something may happen and you just "don't like" what you have purchased, just please be honest with me and I promise I will do my best to make it right for you, because I want you to keep coming back!
